BeyondMDX provides non-transport EMS standby for events, races, and worksites across Montana. Our EMTs and Paramedics are clinically experienced, physically prepared, and equipped for rapid response in settings where 911 access may be delayed or unavailable.

We specialize in medical coverage for endurance races, athletic events, industrial operations, and remote venues — offering event-specific medical planning and scalable staffing, from solo EMTs to ALS teams. Whether it’s sideline care at a high school football game or coverage for a multi-day festival, we adapt to the environment and stay mission-ready.
